    Great read and insight.

Team work expands the scope of solutions to a task. It makes tasks accomplishment and solutions robust, creative, and have colouration of multifaceted approaches.

Besides solutions to tasks, it makes the team well knit and have trust among members. They see the business’s task as an “enemy” for one, enemy for all.
Such is the power of a susting team.
